Requirements
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications (ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, MICPA, MIA, etc.) preferred. • 2 years of experience in financial services auditing (bank or insurance), demonstrating progression in responsibilities and skills. • Comprehensive understanding of audit methodologies, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to draw meaningful insights from financial data. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and teams. • Leadership qualities and a passion for guiding and developing junior team members. • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. • Previous experience in the financial services sector is a plus.
