L&D – Student Affairs Track • Support firm-sponsored professional qualification programs and guide employees through policies, exemptions, registration, and exam coordination. • Manage student databases, analyze records, and prepare reports. • Liaise with tuition providers, colleges, and professional bodies. • Review and improve Student Affairs processes and handbooks. • Assist in HRD Corporation (HRDC) grant applications, claims, documentation, and levy reporting. • Participate in seminars, conferences, and student events. L&D – Onboarding Team Track • Support the full cycle of onboarding programs to ensure a seamless experience for new joiners. • Coordinate onboarding logistics, schedules, materials and liaise with facilitator teams. • Support various technical and non technical learning programs across the firm. • Maintain learning pathways and program data in the GLMS. • Prepare reports and provide innovative solutions for program improvements. • Collaborate on global and regional L&D initiatives. L&D – Automation Team Track • Work on automation focused projects within L&D to increase digital efficiency. • Develop dashboards and learning analytics using Power BI. • Create, troubleshoot and improve automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. • Support implementation of automation improvements across L&D processes. • Assist in day-to-day L&D operations and people-related projects.
