Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Track • Support end to end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing and shortlisting to interview coordination and offer preparation. • Participate in campus recruitment, career fairs, and employer branding activities. • Coordinate orientation programmes for interns and new joiners. • Assist in internship exit processes and document filing. • Prepare hiring reports and PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders. L&D – Coordination Team Track • Support the delivery of technical programs (Audit, Tax, Advisory), leadership development, business development programs, and virtual classroom sessions. • Coordinate program logistics, scheduling, materials, and backend support for facilitators. • Manage and update content in the Global Learning Management System (GLMS). • Prepare stakeholder reports, compliance summaries, and data analyses. • Work closely with L&D Managers on firmwide learning initiatives and projects. • Gain accreditation as a Virtual Classroom (VC) Producer for global learning events.
