L&D – Onboarding Team Track • Support the full cycle of onboarding programs to ensure a seamless experience for new joiners. • Coordinate onboarding logistics, schedules, materials and liaise with facilitator teams. • Support various technical and non technical learning programs across the firm. • Maintain learning pathways and program data in the GLMS. • Prepare reports and provide innovative solutions for program improvements. • Collaborate on global and regional L&D initiatives.
